Exceptionally comfortable hotel, our stay was wonderful.

We really enjoyed the central location and how fairly clean the place was kept. The very very helpful and really helpful staff provided all the necessary info.

I appreciated the room with views outside, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Had a shower, a hairdryer, and a bidet in the bathroom. I found the hotel's location strategic and marvellous, so close to the sea, restaurants, and City. The personnel was helpful and outstandingly accommodating.

This was a particularly good and strategic location really close to eateries and shops and eateries and supermarket. Breakfast with NICE local food. The personnel were very friendly. It was surely a nice stay in Miri town for my short stay.

Four of us comfortably slept in a twin bed room. Great location near Servay Department Store. Good gym and clean swimming pool. Affordable breakfast with variety. Clean room with bathtub.

The room we booked was brand-new and absolutely fantastic with large comfy bed and views outside and a good value of money as advertised. Location: the hotel was near the city centre and the tourist attraction place as well as the main mall in Miri.

Fine experience there. Great breakfast with nice local food, with good food. Comfy bed, clean bathroom and a safe, multi-channel television, and tea and coffee making equipment in the room.

This place is perfect for a weekend getaway as it is conveniently located within a short walking distance to Bintang Megamall.

Greatly enjoyed climate control, TV set and a kettle in the room. I've been here for 2 nights, the breakfast was overall great with nice local food. The staff were courteous and nice and check-in was fast.

The hotel had a nice breakfast and provided us with free Wi-Fi. The location of the hotel was very convenient, as it was located near a lot of great activities and places to eat. The room was also spacious and clean, which was great.

There were a lot of negative aspects during our stay. The hotel had a damp smell and the window in our room was small and looked out onto a dark hallway, making the room very dark.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The room and toilet were clean, and we had easy access to the gym and the pool located on the first floor. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and we were impressed with how they topped up the food even when it was almost closing time. The hotel also had an easy access to parking areas with security guards stationed at the back door and basement parking, which made us feel safe with our kids.

Can't fault anything about it.
